This sounds stupid but goto Youtube.com and search PSP screen replacement. ALot of people post videos of things like that.Is there a tutorial to replace the LCD Screen for PSP Slim/Lite?
If you have no experience with hardware I would advise against it and get a professional. You could ruin your screen, and I know this because my friend tried it on her DS and ending up crying about it the same night. Anyway here is a good tutorial:
